What this is
Eight people, eight weeks, one experienced facilitator. Circles meet online on weekday evenings for ninety minutes. They are closed groups, which means the same faces every week and no newcomers halfway through.
How we work
Each session opens with a short grounding practice and a theme. You can speak, or you can listen for all eight weeks. Both are taking part. What is said in the circle stays there, and we ask every member to agree to that before the first meeting.
You might be here because
You are tired of being the only person you know going through this. A circle will not replace individual therapy, but for many people it is the first place they say the true thing out loud and find other people nodding.
Other ways in
Not quite the right door?
Many people begin in one place and move to another. Here is everything we offer.
