What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and whatever you choose to write. Clinical notes are kept in a separate, encrypted practice-management system and never on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to arrange sessions and to send invoices. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with a clinician is confidential, within the limits set by law. Those limits are explained in your first session and concern serious risk of harm to you or to someone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other websites. We use no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the record-keeping duties that apply to licensed clinicians.
