Recurring conflict · Distance · Trust · Big decisions

What this is
Seventy-five minutes in the room together, with a therapist who is on the side of the relationship rather than either one of you. The longer session gives both people time to speak and still leaves room to repair before you walk out.
How we work
We begin with one joint session and one individual session each, so everybody gets to say the thing they cannot yet say in front of the other. After that we meet together, usually fortnightly, and slow your most familiar argument down until you can both see its moving parts.
The aim is not to decide who is right. It is to make the pattern the problem, instead of each other.
You might be here because
You keep having the same fight in different clothes. One of you has gone quiet. There has been a breach of trust, or there is a decision about children, moving or staying that you cannot make alone.
Other ways in
Not quite the right door?
Many people begin in one place and move to another. Here is everything we offer.
